Named after Lewis Latimer—a pioneer in the electrical world whose advancements led to the innovation we see in transportation today—our acquisition group honors his legacy by driving progress in modern industries. Our first possible acquisition, Spirit Airlines, marks the beginning of a new era—where underperforming companies are not just saved but reimagined for sustainable success.
